We understand the emotions that come with life changing decisions–like buying or selling a home–and we will stand with you, manage the process, and keep you informed every step of the way.

We want to share in your plans; are you planning to have children? Need more space for the dogs? Need a place to store your boat? Are you helping the environment by using public transportation to get to your downtown job? All of these factors are important in deciding the type of home that will match your life.

We created this site with you in mind. The information compiled here is a reflection of our lives, our beliefs, our passions, and our love of real estate and helping others. We conduct real estate transactions as we conduct our lives: Aware of the Infinite Possibilities present in every moment and very aware that everything happens for a reason.

Meet Steph

I’m Steph and I’m your Agent of Possibility! As a REALTOR, I have dedicated my career to assisting home buyers get into homes. Licensed since 1991, I have assisted many first time home buyers as well as established homeowners purchase homes. Along with real estate, I have extensive experience in mortgage banking, loan processing, and underwriting. My previous experience in lending is helpful in anticipating loan requirements, keeping the buyers informed, and helping the transaction move along smoothly. I have worked in the San Diego area for 21 years and have many long standing relationships with escrow, title, lending, and fellow agents. I enjoy helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Look for me around Santee-say hi! Outside of real estate, I also enjoy going to the desert (along with everyone else in East County!) as well as the river. I read religiously and enjoy swimming and hanging out with friends. So many times we feel as if we are walking into the wind or swimming upstream–and we are! If we simply turned out of the wind, or swam with the current of our life we would realize what we really want is right in front of us! As a life coach, real estate broker, and finance graduate I bring all my skills, gifts, and talents to your real estate experience–so it moves along with effortless ease! In addition to real estate, I love the outdoors, surfing, volunteering, and I just recently completed my first triathlon!

Conscious and grateful for the flow of money and abundance in our lives, we happily support the following charities:

St. Judes

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was founded in 1962 by the late entertainer Danny Thomas. Its mission is to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. St. Jude has treated children from all 50 states and from around the world. On average, 5,400 active patients visit the hospital each year, most of whom are treated on an outpatient basis. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family’s inability to pay. www.stjude.org

Oprah’s Angel Network

Oprah’s Angel Network works around the globe to give people the chance to live their best lives. To date, Oprah’s Angel Network has received more than $80 million in donations from the public. Here are a few examples of the work accomplished with these generous donations: As part of the Hurricane Katrina and Rita recovery efforts, we helped more than 1,000 families get back into their homes and helped build or restore more than 400 homes in eight communities across Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama.
